The Tasmanian-grown lupin is lighter than the regular wheat packs, retaining heat longer without sweating, and the lavender used is sourced from Bridestowe Lavender Farm on the North-East of Tasmania. These natural fibres will help you and the environment at the same time!

Instructions:

Heat - 1 minute in the microwave. Check and flip, then heat for another 30 seconds.

Cold - Put in freezer until cold (best left in overnight).
